The Childcare facility shall be closed for maintenance from Dec. 24th – Jan. 2nd every
other year. Parents will be reminded at the beginning of December that the
maintenance will take place so they can make arrangements for alternative care for
this short period. We implore your understanding and support regarding maintaining
and keeping the facility clean and updated for your children’s use. If you have to work
and cannot find alternative care, please get in touch with the program manager to work
out something for you.
We want Parents/Guardians to understand that irrespective of the number of days of
closure for the maintenance of the facility, the children’s December tuition remains the
same and must be paid in full Thanks for your understanding.
