We are committed to responding promptly to your inquiries and maintaining accessible
communication for all parents. We ensure regular P-arent-teacher meetings and daily
Y.P-dates to inform you about your child’s activities and P-rogress. Newsletters, notices, and
child development reports provide additional insights into your child’s growth. Any changes
in the child’s health or behaviour that may affect their care must be communicated by the
Parent/Guardian to the Childcare educator. Your feedback and suggestions are valued, and
we encourag~our active involvement by_giving us feedback through Himama, surveys and
suggestion boxes, and the P-arents’ info board at the daycare entrance. HiMama, now Lillio,
is a software application that educators use to record activities on a tablet throughout the day
to keep parents informed by providing digital updates on their child. It will keep you
informed on everything from fun moments to learning activities. You will receive these
updates by e-mail or on your mobile device. We would greatly appreciate it if you could
attend some of our rarely organized workshops and events to collaboratively work with our
teachers as partners to give your child(ren) a great headstart in their education journey and
well-being.
